Author Candace Pope is accepting submissions for a compilation of true stories from people who have been blessed and comforted by God through animals and nature, especially after loss (death of a loved one, divorce, health, earthly possessions).
 
Guidelines: Story length 900 to 1500 words. First-person narrative. If your story is selected, you will receive a free book upon publication. If your story is of a sensitive nature, such as related to divorce or financial loss, and you wish to remain anonymous, we can discuss that option as well as the changing of names. Author Candace Pope will edit every story for consistency and style, but will not change factual information. You must be willing to allow edits.
 
Submit stories to: cpope2@sc.rr.com  No deadline.
