Extended Deadlines for two projects

Poetica Publishing Company extended deadline

for their 2011 Annual Chapbook Contest on the theme of "The Spirit of Nature."  Austin Poetry Society member Michal Mahgerefteh will judge.  Guidelines are available at: http://www.poeticapublishing.com/chapbookcontest.htm

Extended deadline is August 1st, 2011.

Bethany House Supernatural Events anthology extended deadline
 
Jeanette Littleton will still be reading submissions until around July 8 for this book. The title has been formalized by Bethany House. The new title is Angels, Miracles, and Heavenly Encounters: Real-Life Stories of Supernatural Events.

Jeanette said, "If you've sent something in to our Supernatural Stories project, thank you (we'll probably send out contracts in early September). If you haven't yet and this story call fits you, I hope to hear from you. I hope you have lots of writing time this summer!"
