Fredericksburg Writers Conference with Agent Consultation

Posted by Sally Clark on Wednesday, August 22, 2018
Fredericksburg Writers Conference with Agent Consultation

FredericksburgTexasNovember 2-3, 2018at the Hill Country University Center2818 East U.S. Hwy. 290.
Register for the conference, view conference itinerary, and view the guidelines for a pitch session with literary agent, Jeanie Loiacono at https://fbgwriters.yolasite.com

Jeanie Loiacono is the owner of Loiacono Literary Agency with years of experience guiding authors to successful publication and she specializes in helping first-time authors. At the Fredericksburg Writers Agents Conference, Jeanie will allow attendees to pitch their novel and to submit a synopsis and a five-page writing sample (the first five pages of your completed novel or a work-in-progress) in advance of the conference. At the conference, she will meet with each writer who has submitted and paid for a pitch session for an eight-minute, one-on-one interview where she will speak with you about it, talk about your goals, and let you know what she thinks.

This is an amazing opportunity to get your written work in front of a literary agent, get some professional feedback, possibly acquire an agent to promote your work, and fulfill your dream of publication. The price for attending the conference is $60 with lunch included. A pitch session with Jeanie is an additional $60. You can attend the conference without a pitch session, but you cannot get a pitch session without attending the conference.

Deadline to register for a pitch session is October 1, 2018
