Literary Taxidermy Short Story Competition for 2018

The Literary Taxidermy Short Story Competition is open to all. To enter, writers must provide an original story of up to 3,000 words in any genre. The catch: We provide your opening and closing lines chosen from a classic work of literature. There are three different opening lines and three different categories. Three winning stories will be selected, for a total prize of $1,500. In addition, winners and runners-up will be published by Regulus Press in a forthcoming 2018 Anthology of Literary Taxidermy.
