Category 3: Joy
Category 4: Suspicion
Category 5: Confusion
Category 6: Passion
Category 7: Loss
Category 8: Martiel Johns Memorial Award - Sponsored by Jackie DeHon (any subject)
 
All categories open to the poet’s interpretation. Any form, 40 line limit, no more than 1 page
 
Prizes: First, second, and third place prizes for category will be awarded as well a up to three honorable mentions as merited by judges. Monetary prizes will be proportionate to fees received per category.
 
Entry Fee: $3.00 per category or $15.00 if all categories are entered. Poems must be original, unpublished, and must never have won a place above Honorable Mention in any other contest.
