Submissions can be fiction or non-fiction.

Poetry, haiku, short stories, micro prose, essays, memoir/remembrances and recipes.

This is for a crossover market, so submissions should be inspirational, but not overly religious.

Theme: Interpret this as broadly as you like – Christmas, Christmas tradition, family stories relating to Christmas, food, presents, travel, sharing, mishaps, happenings, giving, cutting the Christmas tree, a special Christmas grace, fiction or non-fiction.

Recipes: 1/8th to 1/3rd of the book will include special Christmas recipes. Share your recipes for cookies, cakes, stuffing/dressing, gravy, etc. Tell us why this is a special recipe. Is it your recipe or your mother’s, grandmother’s or great aunt’s, etc.

- Poetry – maximum number of lines 45, maximum number of characters and spaces per line 50

- Haiku – maximum 12 haiku

Compensation:

Authors will receive one complimentary copy if their work is included.

Please Note:

1 - Include your name, email address and country in the body of the email.

2 - Do not send bios at this time. Your bio will be requested if your work is published.

3 - Submissions in English only.

4 – Authors will be offered copies at a 50% discount of the retail price of the book.

5 – Authors will be offered a 10% commission if they take bookstore order that we fill.
