Topic: What is one activity you did during the 40 days that led up to Easter that helped your child better understand God's sacrifice, Jesus' love or the purpose of Jesus' death and resurrection? Include a Bible verse and a prayer with this activity, and mention a possible puzzle or fun workbook idea that, if we created it, would go well with this activity.
 
Audience: Parents with children in the home (these need to be practical, hands-on articles that other parents can immediately try).
Word Count: 200 to 450 words (Bible verse, prayer and puzzle/workbook idea does not need to be included in the word count.)
Rights: All rights
Payment: on acceptance / $100
Due date: August 3, 2015
Byline: No byline given
 
Submission: These articles should be directed at the 5- to 10-year-old, so you can submit material to Discovery.Time@fotf.org (for parents of 4- to 7-year-olds); or Tween.Ages@fotf.org (for parents of 8-to 12-year-olds) and put "Attn: Preparing for Easter'" in the subject line.
